Since mid-2014, I’ve been responsible for heading the setup of what is today JP Advertising’s web-development department. Nowadays I am also a decision maker in the recruitment of new talent and I am responsible to mentor new recruits joining our team.
Operationally, I’ve progressed from designing static websites to developing custom designed, responsive WordPress themes focusing on user experience in order to give clients dynamic, content manageable solutions.
