I’ve been responsible for heading the setup of what is today JP Advertising’s web-development department. I was also a decision-maker in the recruitment of new talent and was responsible to mentor new recruits joining the department.
Operationally, I’d progressed from designing static websites to developing custom-designed, responsive WordPress themes focusing on user experience in order to give clients dynamic, content manageable solutions.
