The Housing Authority participated in the European Social Services Conference 2026, and needed a stand where they could meet with social service professionals and policymakers from across Europe.

The brief called for a space built around conversation rather than display — somewhere the Authority’s team could engage delegates one-on-one, present Malta’s housing policy work, and hold meetings on the sidelines of the main conference programme. The design balanced visual presence on a busy exhibition floor with the practical need for an approachable, functional meeting point.

The result gave the Housing Authority a stand that worked as both a statement of presence at a major European forum and a working space for the relationship-building the conference was built around.
